Is Cleethorpes market taking up too much space?



TRADERS in Cleethorpes have complained that the weekly Wednesday market is affecting their customers due to lack of suitable parking.
The market has been running in Cleethorpes' Market Place for over 20 years and occupies 51 free two-hour spaces.
However, some traders believe the market is not large enough to warrant taking up so much room that they believe would be better suited to their customers' parking needs.
Paul Burgess, manager of Comley Cameras on St Peter's Avenue, believes that the market would be better off moving to a space in Pier gardens.
