0 Have your say A young Irish traditional band recently named Best New Group at the Live Ireland Awards 2016 is set for a concert in Seahouses next week.
Connla are a five-piece of virtuoso traditional musicians, who met while studying at Ulster University.
They created a real stir with a short EP, and now their first full-length album, River Waiting, is setting the critics talking seriously.
The music blends uilleann pipes, flute, whistles, guitar and percussion, and add into the mix a sweet and powerful vocal too.
