IPCC will not investigate former South Yorkshire Police chief constable David Crompton
 

A police watchdog will not investigate a complaint made by Hillsborough families about police chief David Crompton.
The Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) said it made the decision after South Yorkshire Police refused to release documentation.
The complaint was made about the South Yorkshire Police (SYP) chief constable’s instructions to barristers representing the force at the inquests into the 96 deaths.
