Investigation after engine crash leaves five firefighters injured
 

A full investigation has been launched after five firefighters were injured when their engine crashed on a major roundabout.
Pictures showed the aftermath of the horrific impact - the fire engine had ploughed through barriers at the side of the road.
It then hit a brick wall, before ending up balanced over a large drop.
West Midlands Fire Service has confirmed that it will be investigating how the crash happened.
