Insurers warn that Government delay to whiplash compensation reforms is costing motorists nearly £3m a day



Insurers are calling for the Government to commit to reforms to compensation for minor whiplash injuries - saying delays to the promised crackdown are costing honest motorists nearly £3 million a day.
The Association of British Insurers (ABI) has piled pressure on the Ministry of Justice for failing to produce a consultation paper setting out how to implement changes to crackdown on fraudulent motor insurance claims - a report that was finalised six months ago.
