Inquest hears how Asda team leader died while attached to dialysis machine
 

Questions about how an Asda team leader died while attached to a dialysis machine have been addressed in an inquest.
Helen Renwick died on January 31 last year while undergoing kidney dialysis at James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough.
Today, the full inquest into the 24-year-old’s death - expected to last three days - resumed at Teesside Coroner’s Court with Miss Renwick’s partner, Gavin Smith, giving his account of how she died.
