Former Lincoln City skipper Dean Walling says playing with injuries is part and parcel of being a professional footballer.
The Imps' squad is carrying a few injuries but during a long season it's rare that you'll be fully fit all of the time.
There's an old saying that if you're an old pro, you're never 100 per cent fit.
There were plenty of times in my career that I was only 75 per cent fit and the manager asked me to do a job. He'd then give me Monday off to give me chance to recover.
