Infertile couple fined for having baby through SURROGACY
 

The couple, who have been together for more than 10 years, were ordered to pay £3,500 as well as a three month suspended sentence after breaking the law which bans commercial surrogacy in France.
The woman, aged in her forties, already has three children but her partner had none, and the two decided to hire a surrogate after multiple failed IVF attempts in 2013. 
But the surrogate mother – who was flown in from Gabon, central Africa – filed a complaint against the couple shortly after the child’s birth.
