In the courts of Lincolnshire...



The following cases have been heard at magistrates courts in Lincolnshire:
Damian James Baker, 31, of 49 Little London, Spalding, pleaded guilty to assault by beating, damaging an iPhone 5S to the value of £300, possession of a small amount of cannabis a controlled Class B drug and theft of a bottle of Bell's whiskey to the value of £14 belonging to Lincolnshire Co-op. He was committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 24 months, given an electronically monitored curfew for 10 weeks, a restraining order for two years and ordered to pay compensation of £114.
