In just nine days, four former homeless men transformed their lives - see how they did it

In a nine day crash-course, former homeless men became skilled chefs in order to pull off a four-course meal at an esteemed Newcastle restaurant.
Aaron Simpson, Andy Crowston, Jamie Bruce and Liam Bellas traded T-shirts for smocks to prepare and serve a multi-course meal for more than 45 people on Friday afternoon.
Over the course of nine days they were trained on how to prepare an elaborate feast and given skills that would enable them to secure a job in a restaurant in the future.
