'If I had a gun, I'd shoot you first': Black Coventry man set to take legal action after PC caught on camera

A Coventry dad told by a police officer he would be the " first one I would shoot " today revealed he had rejected an apology from West Midlands Police - and is set to take legal action.
The officer was captured on film making the comment to Jack Chambers, 24, following a jibe at the Black Lives Matter race awareness movement.
Mr Chambers filmed the moment he was asked if he was “going to go all Black Lives Matter” on the patrol team.
The PC was then recorded telling him: “You would be the first one I would shoot if I had a gun, definitely.”
