'I'm responsible' Nuno Espirito Santo explains what went wrong as Wolves lost to Nottingham Forest

Nuno Espirito Santo held his hands up and took responsibility for Wolves’ defeat to Nottingham Forest, admitting that complacency might well have kicked in.
Goals from Kieran Dowell and Ben Osborn inflicted only a second home defeat of the campaign on the league leaders who are still 12 points clear of third place.
But the boss hinted that his side might well have started to ease up and issued a warning that there would be no further repeat.
