Hundreds sign petition for improved road safety measures after tragic toddler Harlow Edwards is killed by car as she left playpark

HUNDREDS of people have backed a campaign for improved road safety measures to be introduced around the road where tot Harlow Edwards was knocked down and killed.
Little Harlow, 2, died after a car mounted a pavement and hit her in her hometown of Coupar Angus on Thursday afternoon.
The youngster was walking home from a nearby Larghan Park when the vehicle, involved in a two-car crash, ploughed into her and her two siblings.
A witness said the driver hit the children after clipping another car and losing control while trying to overtake vehicles at speed.
