Hundreds attend moving funeral service for boxing legend Joe Frater, 76



HUNDREDS of mourners came together to celebrate the life of Grimsby boxing legend Joe Frater at a highly emotional funeral service.
Friends, family and members of the town's boxing community filled Grimsby Minster this afternoon (September 30) to say their fond farewells to the UK's first black boxing promoter.
Heartfelt tributes from Mr Frater's family were read to the congregation, describing him as "too precious to be forgotten, too priceless to be replaced".
