Hull university reveals £130m campus plan to house 1,450 students



Major plans to build accommodation big enough to house almost 1,500 more University of Hull students have been revealed.
If approved by council planners, the £130m development will be built on the west side of the Cottingham Road campus and offer a range of single rooms and one bedroom apartments for 1,450 students in nine separate blocks.
There will also be a central plaza and thoroughfare, and could also include a nearby café and supermarket.
