Hull's William Wilberforce Wetherspoon pub to become a Yates bar



A popular city centre pub is to become a a Yates bar.
The William Wilberforce pub Trinity Wharf was one of 45 across the country to be put on the market by pub owners JD Wetherspoon in May. The pub chain has said the move has been taken for "commercial reasons" and no jobs will be lost as a result of any sale.
The pub finally closed at the weekend and will now undergo refurbishment with a provisional opening date of November 10.
