Hull Paragon Interchange branded an 'abomination'



The City of Culture flags might be flying high at Hull's Paragon Interchange, but one councillor has labelled its appearance an "abonimation".
Councillors have called for a rethink on the amount of signs and posters displayed inside the Grade II listed railway station after giving the go-ahead to a revised scheme for hanging the 2017 flags.
Speaking at a city council planning committee, Councillor John Fareham said: "It is full of clutter.
