Hull man outraged public decency by exposing himself and performing crude sex act
 

Jeremy Washby, 49, of Olivier Court, west Hull, was discharged conditionally for 12 months, and must pay £1,000 compensation, for outraging public decency by exposing himself and inserting a finger into his body, and causing £800 of damage to two vehicles, a silver BMW and a red Mini. He must pay a £20 surcharge.
