Hull FC's dreams of a double end as Wigan Warriors book Grand Final spot



Hull FC ended a hugely successful season on a sour note thanks to a 28-18 defeat at Wigan Warriors in the semi-final of the Super League.
Looking tired and weary after a long campaign, the Black and Whites seemed always up against it as the hosts raced into a 14-0 first-half lead.
Errors and poor last-tackle options plagued the visitors in the first half and despite plenty of effort and endeavour in the second period as Hull produced an incredible comeback to lead 18-16 in the second period. Wigan, though, remained composed and booked their place in the Grand Final.
