Hull Fair ride owners pack up after another 'brilliant' year



The fun of Hull Fair is over for another year.
Hundreds of rides have been packed up to leave the Walton Street car park after the fair, which was celebrating its 723 rd year, finished on Saturday evening.
On Sunday, the 1,000 showpeople, some of whom let the Mail view their mobile homes this week, had the arduous task of dismantling their rides and setting off down the A63 in the wet weather, but said they were delighted this year's turnout.
