Hull City handed Allan McGregor injury boost



Hull City goalkeeper Allan McGregor has returned to training with the first-team squad after a back injury sustained in the summer ruled him out of the start of the season.
The Tigers had hoped McGregor would be able to play through the pain and his back heal naturally but he was unfortunately forced to have surgery in July.
Recovering well from the operation and edging closer to full fitness, City's head of medical services Rob Price has revealed McGregor could earn some minutes in the under-23s later this month.
