Hull City Council social worker Rachael Dinsdale struck off for 'serious failings'

A social worker at Hull City Council has been struck off after falsifying documents relating to children at risk of abuse.
Rachael Dinsdale, a consultant social worker for the authority, made up meetings with police about a 13-year-old boy with Asperger's syndrome, a 17-year-old girl who said she had been forced to have sex by her boyfriend, a seven-month-old baby with bruises on his face, a six year-old boy at risk of neglect and a girl said to have been sexually abused by her father.
