Hull City and Chelsea players applaud in memory of tragic Megan Pratt



Hull City players and supporters held a minute's applause at the KCOM Stadium in memory of teenager Megan Pratt.
Megan, 13, who has been described as "one of the strongest and bravest kids" died on Thursday night after she was diagnosed with a malignant tumour earlier this year.
Megan had been due to attend Saturday's Premier League match against Chelsea with her family. Instead, the Chelsea players joined Tigers fans in applauding in her memory.
