Hull carer Mark Haskins guilty of slapping and pinching disabled young man



A carer has been jailed for two months for assaulting and swearing at a vulnerable young man he was supposed to be looking after.
Mark Haskins, 53, slapped, pinched and pushed the 21-year-old in a minibus as he was being taken home in a wheelchair on April 14 last year. He also called him a "b*****d" and a "c***".
Haskins, who denied any wrongdoing, was found guilty by a jury of ill-treating a person who lacks capacity following a trial at Hull Crown Court.
