How West Midlands Police officers are suffering from low morale



Police officers are feeling increasingly undervalued, with three in five reporting low morale, a survey has warned.
The Police Federation, which represents rank and file officers in England and Wales, said its members are becoming increasingly demoralised, with the way police are treated being the biggest contributor.
Incredibly, more than seven out of ten serving West Midlands police officers say they would NOT recommend a career in the force to other people.
The report 74.9% of officers in West Midlands Police said they would not recommend joining the police to others.
