I walked out to the street after Brian Cox's fascinating cosmology lecture feeling more insignificant than ever. And it was great.
Professor Cox is the country's current prime populariser of science.
He got an OBE for it. A genuine expert in his field - an Advanced Fellow of particle physics at Manchester University, he works at the CERN Large Hadron Collider in Switzerland when he's not on the telly - he's made the universe cool again.
