How to get help if you’re skipping meals due to food poverty
 

As many as one in four parents have skipped a meal because they couldn’t afford to buy food, an alarming new study suggests.
More than one in 10 parents do not have enough money to buy groceries, according to a study of 2,000 adults conducted by End Hunger UK.
That figure rises to one in four parents with children under the age of 18.
Around one in 12 of the parents polled said they had gone without food for an entire day because of lack of money in the past year.
