How should we talk about mental health in schools? Here’s what the experts say
 

Last November’s debate about making mental health education compulsory in school went down well and provided MPs with plenty of food for thought.
But how should we actually do it?
Surely we’re not going to ask teachers to stand up in front of a class of 6-year-olds and deliver a lecture on psychology? Although something tells me that this is what the critics are suspicious of.
Amid the debate, I’ve seen comments about not burdening children with more stress. But, from what I understand, proactively promoting mental health in schools can have quite the opposite effect.
