How do your wages compare to people your age in your area?
 

Whatever you earn, one thing is clear - it's never enough.
But how does your salary compare to other workers in the East Midlands - especially those of the same age?
You can find out by using the widget below.
The highest average wage in the region was for those aged 40 to 49, at £27,914, according to figures for 2015 from the Office for National Statistics. That represented a 0.1% pay rise compared to 2014.
Those aged 18 to 21 working full-time earned a median wage of £14,245 in 2015, a pay rise of 6.1% compared to 2014.
