How Derby Triangle on Pride Park will be home to 3,300 workers
 

Work to extend Pride Park by 50 acres could begin early next year.
Derelict land between the iPro Stadium and Wyvern Business Park – branded the Derby Triangle – has been earmarked for offices, warehouses and industrial units, as well as a pub, restaurant, car showrooms and retail store.
The site is roughly the size of 25 football pitches and will be home to around 3,300 employees once its transformation has been completed.
