How Brummies reacted to Tesco fining drivers in disabled bays



Birmingham Mail readers have reacted to the news that Tesco will crack down on drivers parking in disabled or parent and child bays.
Staff at the supermarket will take pictures of cars parked in the spaces for people with Blue Badges or children under the age of 12, it has emerged.
The new initiative could see motorists slapped with a £40 fine, potentially rising to £70 within two weeks if it is not paid.
The scheme has been trialled at 81 supermarkets and will be coming to a further 200 stores in the near future.
