How Aston Villa nearly changed the course of Premier League history



Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has revealed that he was nearly put off working in the Premier League by Aston Villa and one of their former coaches.
Wenger is celebrating his 20th anniversary as manager of the Gunners, having won 15 trophies with the club, including three league titles and six FA Cups.
But it history could have been very different because of the belief that foreign manager wouldn't work in England which had been intensified by Dr Jozef Venglos' short spell at Villa .
