A trainee web designer who taught herself to code using YouTube tutorials and won a global technology competition has been nominated for a Nottingham Post Women in Business Award.
Tamara Phillips, 20, of Aspley, started an apprenticeship with Adtrak, a web design and internet marketing agency based in Nottingham city centre, in August 2015.
