Hospital bosses appeal rating which says trust requires improvement
 

HOSPITAL bosses have lodged an appeal after healthcare inspectors told them they must make improvements.
Earlier this year South Warwickshire Foundation Trust (SWFT) – which runs hospitals in  Warwick, Leamington, Stratford and Shipston– was inspected by health regulators the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Inspectors rated the trust as ‘good’ in the caring and responsive categories, but for safety, effectiveness and leadership the trust was marked as needing improvement.
Trust bosses say the score was wrong and have submitted an appeal, which is set to be answered in around two months.
