Homeless men escape the streets to become chefs at top restaurant
 

Former homeless men have been given just nine days to learn the skills to prepare a four-course meal for 50 people at a top restaurant.
Why I believe my success as a businesswoman is because of, not despite of, dyslexia The volunteers have been given the opportunity to prepare the banquet at Blackfriars in Newcastle and learn skills that will help them secure a job in the future.
They have been helped by Changing Lives , an organisation that helps homeless people back on their feet while also putting a roof over their heads..
