Holiday flight circles over Hull as thunderstorms force it to divert



A holiday flight returning from Majorca was forced to circle around Hull after being unable to land because of heavy rain and thunderstorms.
The flight from Palma to Humberside Airport was operated by Sunwing, a part of Thomson, and was flying from the Spanish city on Tuesday afternoon.
Due to bad weather and thunderstorms hitting the region, the plane was forced to make a "routine loop" around the airport - including over Hull - before coming in to land.
