Most golfers hang up their clubs without ever carding a hole-in-one on a par three.
But a Perthshire player has done the near unthinkable after recording an ace on a PAR FOUR.
Craigie Hill member David Logie watched as his drive on the 252-yard 15th hole at Gleneagles’ Queen’s Course whistled towards the green.
Cheers and howls of joy could soon be heard from a group ahead before the 57-year-old proudly plucked his ball out of the cup.
The special moment came in Perth and Kinross County golf’s scratch league final, where Logie and his team-mates lost 3.5-1.5 to Blairgowrie.
