Historic 'haunted' pub in Ruthin has been put up for sale
 

An historic pub - known for ghostly sightings - has been put up for sale.
The successful Three Pigeons Inn in Ruthin has been placed on the market by present owners Paul Henri and Deborah Wilson-Henri.
Valued at £775,000 it is being sold through specialist business property adviser Christie & Co.

The site was originally a drovers’ alehouse and stead dating back to the 12th century with Owain Glyndwr reputedly a former guest.
The ‘Pigeons’ was rebuilt in 1777 and bought by the current owners in 2011.
