A drug dealing yob hurled racist abuse at a long-time customer in a campaign of intimidation that ended in a sawn-off shotgun being fired at the victim’s home.
Cannabis supplier Wayne Garnett was today branded a “highly dangerous individual” as he was jailed for 17-and-a-half years for drugs and firearm offences.
He was also sentenced for his part in a terrifying scrambler bike incident that saw his passenger, Michael Byrne, threaten a young family with an imitation handgun before the pair led police on a 40 minute chase through the streets of Liverpool .
