Hibs star Danny Swanson in murder trial clash with lawyer over account of pal's death
 

Footballer Danny Swanson was challenged in court over his account of his friend’s death yesterday.
The Hibs midfielder clashed with QC Derek Ogg as Marcus Brown, 18, one of three teenagers accused of murdering Shaun Woodburn, walked free from court.
Ogg, representing one of the two other accused youths, accused Danny, 30, of having “selective memory lapse” over the New Year’s Day killing.
Shaun, 30, died after violence erupted outside a Leith pub owned by Danny’s father and uncle.
