HEARTS boss Robbie Neilson reckons the club would lose their identity if they were forced to leave Tynecastle.
He has watched West Ham struggle since quitting the compact and atmospheric Upton Park for the wide expanse of the Olympic Stadium.
By stark contrast Liverpool chose to revamp Anfield, are flourishing and currently riding high in the Premier League.
That’s why Neilson hailed this week’s decision by Edinburgh council officials to give Hearts the go-ahead to build a new £12million 7290-seater main stand which will take the stadium’s capacity to over 20,000.
