Heanor driver had cocaine in his system with two kids in his car

A motorist who was travelling with two children in his car was found to have cocaine in his system when he was tested by police.
Ryan Proctor was stopped by officers after they spotted the two children were not wearing seat belts.
A court was told that a swab-swipe revealed he had the class-A drug in his system but the 26-year-old refused to give a sample of blood for further analysis.
Proctor, of Elmsfield Avenue, Heanor, was charged with failing to provide a specimen for analysis, a charge he pleaded guilty to at Chesterfield Magistrates' Court.
