Have dead POLAR BEARS washed up in Scotland? Three mystery white carcasses are spotted by islanders

Scotland is well known for its wild, unforgiving coastline, and natural beauty.
But the rocky shores of one Scottish isle has taken on a more macabre reputation.
Locals on the island of Colonsay in the Inner Hebrides have been trying to identify three sets of badly decomposed remains which washed ashore in August this year.
The giant corpses were found at different points on the west coast of the island during the summer, but were too rotten to examine.
But a closer inspection has led some to be convinced the mystery remains were actually a family of polar bears.
