House prices continue to 'tick' along in North Wales with most counties seeing an increase in values over the past year.
The Land Registry released its figures for August - showing that Flintshire had been the top performing county.
Homeowners had seen average prices increase by nearly £4,000 over 12 months - hitting an average value of £154,967.
