Harry Arter opts against defecting to England as Bournemouth midfielder sticks with Republic of Ireland 



Harry Arter will not be defecting to England and remains committed to the Republic of Ireland.
There were reports this week that the Bournemouth midfielder - born and raised in London - was considering his future at international level having made three friendly appearances for Ireland.
Arter pulled out of the Irish squad for the games against Georgia and Moldova because of a hamstring strain at the weekend and is currently receiving treatment at his club on the south coast.
