Handsome and full of potential - but Chris is dead at 26



It's an irony of the most painful kind. "I was a prison governor for 30 years," notes Stephen Habgood, "and never lost anyone to suicide – and then I lost my own son."
Chris Habgood was a forensic computing student at Staffordshire University. To the outside world, he had the lot – good looks, girlfriends, career prospects, supportive family. On the inside he was a tortured individual. And that turmoil would lead him to take his own life. He was 26.
