H&M pulls kids’ socks from shops over pattern resembling ‘Allah’



High street retailer H&M has withdrawn childrens socks from sale in a row over the pattern.
They pair of H&M socks shows a Lego workman figure holding a jackhammer - but customers have complained the pattern in question looked like the Arabic spelling of 'Allah' written upside down.
H&M have said that while the pattern may resemble the word, "it's entirely a coincidence", the Daily Mirror reports.
