Grimsby Town v Leicester City U-23s: Ashley Chambers robbed of reunion



TONIGHT could have presented Ashley Chambers with a chance to meet his boyhood club.
But instead, the injured Grimsby Town winger has travelled in the opposite direction across the A46 after being discharged from hospital.
Chambers, who remains the Foxes youngest ever player – having made his debut for the club aged 15 – is expected to be out for 'at least' the next two weeks.
That's according to Mariners boss Paul Hurst, ahead of the EFL Trophy clash with the Foxes at Blundell Park (7.45pm).
Chambers joins Sean McAllister (groin) and Omar Bogle (illness) on the sidelines.
