DESPITE seeing his side fall to a 3-0 defeat at home to Hartlepool United this afternoon, Grimsby Town boss Paul Hurst insists his side's performance had improved on previous games.
Padraig Amond came back to haunt the Mariners as he bagged a brace on his first visit back to Blundell Park since making the move to Victoria Park in the summer, while Nathan Thomas secured victory with a sublime finish in the second half.
