Grimsby Town defender Shaun Pearson isn't up for a switch after goalkeeping cameo!



SHAUN Pearson admits he relished the chance to don the gloves for Grimsby Town in midweek – but he'll be relieved to get back to normal against Exeter City tomorrow.
With no substitute keeper to replace James McKeown after his sending off in Tuesday's EFL Trophy defeat to Leicester City Under-21s, Pearson stepped into the breach and says his sole aim was 'not to look like a plonker'.
Despite the 1-0 loss, the 27-year-old certainly passed that test with a couple of decent saves and comfortable takes in an unfamiliar role.
